Why do people love cheesecakes?
They are delicious!
Ingredients:
Cream Cheese 9% 1,000g
4 eggs
Flour 100g
Sugar 100g
Yoghurt 6.6% – 100g
Cheesecakes are incredibly easy to make.
There’s just two essential ingredients: eggs and cream cheese.
The secret to a good cheesecake is that you must use plenty of cream cheese and whip it up.
All cheesecake recipes are the same.
You whip cream cheese and add some sugar, vanilla, flour, salt and eggs.
Give it a little beating.
Add some sour cream.
Whip it up some more.
All the hard work is done.
Now just pour the mixture into the pan.
Press the cheesecake mix into the pan.
Let the cheesecake sit in the fridge for a while and it’s ready to eat.
What kind of cheesecake is your favorite?
The kind with lots of goodies in it.
I made a small strawberry cheesecake a few weeks ago.
It was good, but I wanted something more.
Some chocolate.
So I made a chocolate cheesecake.
What could be better?
I put vanilla ice cream in the middle and drizzled chocolate syrup on the top.
They were delicious but these cheesecakes are past since I have discovered the Burnt Basque Cheesecake.
