Cheesecake and cherries, a marriage made in heaven
This is a recipe you will be making often over the next several months, unless, that is, your particular mother doesn’t enjoy sour cherries or cherries with a certain tartness.
Of course, if you’re like me, you don’t mind them and love cheesecake. You will even like this recipe. But you may have to taste it a couple times to see.
Indeed, before you dive into this recipe, you may want to read this, from the very first time I have ever tried it. If you are so inclined, the first person to read this whole column (again, I’ll give you a bit of leeway) will be the “Cheesecake Snob.”
